Payment arrangements can be made on SmartHub.
After logging in, go to Billing & Payments and click Payment Extensions.
After reading the information provided, click Create Payment Extension.
If your account is eligible, the box below will appear.
You will need to make sure to select the correct account number and click Confirm. It will automatically populate the past due amount and the latest arrangement date possible. As long as the past due payment is received by the end of the date listed as the Extended Due Date, your services will not be disconnected.
