Log into your account on SmartHub. If using the SmartHub app on a mobile device, go to More at the bottom of the screen and enter the Settings menu. From there, you are able to change your email address and/or password.
If you are using the SmartHub website instead of the app, go to the My Profile section.
Click on My Information.
Click on Update My Login E-Mail or Password.
Make the necessary changes and click Update.
