Members choosing to move to the Time of Day (TOD) rate will be required to sign an agreement to participate for one full year. That is because the amount of savings changes in winter and summer months due to demand so the total savings is determined on a yearly basis. Members will not be able to switch between TOD and the regular rate schedule during that time.
